SAD 29 menu (week of January 3, 2018)

Breakfast for all Schools

Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk. 

Wednesday, Jan. 3 — French toast strips, cheese stick, fresh fruit.

Thursday, Jan. 4 — Whole-wheat pancakes, sausage, chilled fruit.

Friday, Jan. 5 — Maple oatmeal, blueberry coffee cake, fresh fruit.

Monday, Jan. 8 — Multigrain bagel/cream cheese, chilled fruit.

Tuesday, Jan. 9 — Cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fresh fruit.

Wednesday, Jan. 10 — Breakfast pizza, chilled fruit.

SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch

All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.

Wednesday, Jan. 3 — Grilled ham and cheese, raw cucumber, crackers, potato and ham soup.

Thursday, Jan. 4 — Spaghetti with meat sauce, corn bread, Caesar salad, kidney beans.

Friday, Jan. 5 — Fish portions/sticks, oatmeal rolls, Ovation french fries, baby carrots.

Monday, Jan. 8 — Barbecue chicken breast, oatmeal rolls, Maine mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, stuffing, raw broccoli, cranberry sauce.

Tuesday, Jan. 9 — Soft-shell taco, lettuce/tomato cup, corn, salsa, sour cream, kidney beans.

Wednesday, Jan. 10 — Turkey and cheese hard hat, tuna roll, cheese stick, baby carrots, corn chowder, crackers.

SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch

Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Wednesday, Jan. 3 — Build a sandwich, potato and ham soup, crackers.

Thursday, Jan. 4 — Spaghetti and meat sauce, corn bread, Caesar salad.

Friday, Jan. 5 — Fishburger and cheese, baked potato, sour cream, salsa.

Monday, Jan. 8 — Barbecue chicken breast, wheat rolls, stuffing, Maine mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, peas and carrots, cranberry sauce.

Tuesday, Jan. 9 — Soft-shell taco, cheese, top a taco salad bar.

Wednesday, Jan. 10 — Build a sandwich, corn chowder, crackers.
