The speaker was Rotarian Kelly Lundeen, administrator of the Aroostook Health Center.   She has been at AHC for 20 years and spoke of the changes that have taken place in that time.

Charting is now done electronically and all medications have bar codes so they can be scanned.  The drive to replace the beds at AHC is underway and the first bed has been ordered and is on the way to the facility.  The facility is now a secure building, so visitors must be let in and out by an employee.

Following recent testing, AHC is proud to announce that they are a five-star facility.  Congratulations to all the folks that work hard to care for the facility and for our many residents.
