FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of March.
Jonas E. Bouchard, 33, Fort Kent: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $500 fine, four years in prison all but four months suspended, two years’ probation, $300 restitution.
Thomas Levesque, 25, Fort Kent: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.
Nicholas Robert Dionne, 28, Fort Kent: probation violation, 20 months in prison, probation revoked.
Roger Fecteau, 46, Van Buren: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $1,500 fine, six years in prison all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation, $120 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 30 months in prison.
Henry F. Rodriguez, 28, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Joshua M. Pelletier, 21, Fort Kent: failing to stop, remain, provide information, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
Paul E. Burke, 71, Van Buren: terrorizing, three years in prison (two counts).
Jeff F. Fox, 50, Connor Twp.: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Donald A. Baker, 79, Fort Kent: OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.
Valerie Clark, 29, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail all suspended, two years’ probation; violating condition of release, $500 fine, $500 suspended; criminal mischief, $500 fine, $500 suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $500 suspended.
William Berry, 46, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison all but 45 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Matthew J. Pelletier, 26, Fort Kent: criminal trespass, eight days in jail; assault, $300 fine, eight days in jail; criminal threatening, eight days in jail; violating condition of release, eight days in jail.
Randy Keith Lavoie, 42, Frenchville: harassment, $200 fine.
Paul L. Langenbach, 38, Fort Kent: assault, 180 days in jail all but two days suspended, two years’ probation.
Henry F. Rodriguez, 28, Van Buren: criminal mischief, $955 restitution.
Chad A. Michaud, 34, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension.
William Martin, 55, T17-R4 Wells: reckless conduct, $750 fine.
Matthew R. Sands, 35, Caribou: failing to stop for officer, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating ATV to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension; fail to operate ATV at prudent speed, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Jason R. St. Peter, 48, Cross Lake Twp.: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Kerissa Rouleau, 19, St. Agatha: attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Tania L. Dionne, 35, Wallagrass: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Kassandra D. Castonguay, 27, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
