Breakfast

Choice of fat-free chocolate, strawberry or white milk or 1% white milk; cereal, assorted fruit juice and fresh fruit.

Wednesday, Sept. 12 — Breakfast bar.

Thursday, Sept. 13 — Graham crackers.

Friday, Sept. 14 — Yogurt, graham crackers.

Monday, Sept. 17 — Graham crackers.

Tuesday, Sept. 18 — French toast.

Wednesday, Sept. 19 — Breakfast bar.

Lunch

Choice of 1% white or fat-free chocolate milk with every meal.

Wednesday, Sept. 12 — Tomato or pizza soup, toasted cheese sandwich, saltines, carrot sticks/dip, choice of fruit.

Thursday, Sept. 13 — Maine mashed potato, fish sticks, steamed spinach, homemade dark rolls, diced peaches.

Friday, Sept. 14 — Build your own Italian (ham and cheese), fresh salad bar, multigrain SunChips, choice of fruit.

Monday, Sept. 17 — Macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, oven-baked biscuit, green peas, diced pears.

Tuesday, Sept. 18 — Taco Tuesday: Tostitos or wrap, veggies, beef and cheese, fresh salad bar, salsa and sour cream, fresh fruit.

Wednesday, Sept. 19 — Fishburger/roll, hash brown, fresh cucumbers/dip, mandarin oranges.
