Breakfast

Choice of fat-free chocolate, strawberry or white milk or 1 percent white milk; cereal, assorted fruit juice and fresh fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 3 — French toast, maple syrup.

Thursday, Oct. 4 — Graham crackers.

Friday, Oct. 5 — Workshop day.

Monday, Oct. 8 — HOLIDAY.

Tuesday, Oct. 9 — Egg and cheese omelet, sausage patty.

Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Graham crackers.

Lunch

Choice of 1% white or fat-free chocolate milk with every meal.

Wednesday, Oct. 3 — Spaghetti and meat sauce, oven bread stick, coleslaw, apple.

Thursday, Oct. 4 — Hot ham, bacon and cheese panini, multigrain SunChips, cucumber slices/dip, fruit.

Friday, Oct. 5 — Workshop day.

Monday, Oct. 8 — HOLIDAY.

Tuesday, Oct. 9 — Taco Tuesday: Tostitos, wrap, veggies, beef and cheese, salad bar, fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Chicken rice soup, toasted cheese sandwich, saltines, cucumbers/dip, fruit.
