Choice of fat-free chocolate, strawberry or white milk or 1 percent white milk; cereal, assorted fruit juice and fresh fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Graham crackers.

Thursday, Oct. 11 — Breakfast break bar.

Friday, Oct. 12 — Graham crackers.

Monday, Oct. 15 — Graham crackers.

Tuesday, Oct. 16 — French toast, maple syrup.

Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Graham crackers.

Lunch

Choice of 1% white or fat-free chocolate milk with every meal.

Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Chicken rice soup, toasted cheese sandwich, saltines, cucumbers/dip, fruit.

Thursday, Oct. 11 — Maine mashed potato, crispy fish sticks, steamed spinach, homemade dark rolls, diced peaches.

Friday, Oct. 12 — Pizza (pepperoni, cheese, veggie), salad bar, fruit, fruit juice.

Monday, Oct. 15 — Chop suey, string cheese, homemade dark roll, green beans, fruit salad.

Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Chicken fajita (Tostitos or wrap, veggies, cheese), Quaker snack mix, salad bar, fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Breakfast for lunch: egg/cheese/sausage on English muffin, potato puffs, mandarin oranges, fruit juice.
