Breakfast

Choice of fat-free chocolate, strawberry or white milk or 1 percent white milk; cereal, assorted fruit juice and fresh fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Graham crackers.

Thursday, Oct. 18 — Yogurt, bug bite grahams.

Friday, Oct. 19 — Graham crackers.

Monday, Oct. 22 — Pancakes, maple syrup.

Tuesday, Oct. 23 — Graham crackers.

Wednesday, Oct. 24 — Egg and cheese omelet, sausage patty.

Lunch

Choice of 1% white or fat-free chocolate milk with every meal.

Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Breakfast for lunch: egg/cheese/sausage on English muffin, potato puffs, mandarin oranges, fruit juice.

Thursday, Oct. 18 — Maine mashed potato, hamburger gravy, whole-kernel corn, homemade dark rolls, chilled peaches.

Friday, Oct. 19 — “Build your own sub” (turkey and cheese), salad bar, multigrain SunChips, fruit.

Monday, Oct. 22 — Sloppy Joe, roll, oven-baked fries, baby carrots/dip, fruit.

Tuesday, Oct. 23 — Taco Tuesday: Tostitos, wrap, veggies, beef and cheese, salad bar, fruit.

Wednesday, Oct. 24 — Chicken burger, roll, oven french fries, cucumbers/dip, dried fruit.
