PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Presque Isle Courthouse during the month of April.

Jordan A. Field, 35, Blaine: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation continued.

Charles Libby, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 110 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

John Andrew Sam, 29, Caribou: probation violation, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Lucas Sterris, 32, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 10 months in prison.

Ciara Campbell, 21, Presque Isle: misuse of identification, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.

James N. Jamison, 35, Waterbury, Conn.: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, 10 years in prison; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $25,000 fine, 22 years in prison, four years’ probation, $4,281.52 restitution; illegal importation of scheduled drugs, five years in prison; reckless conduct, five years in prison; aggravated criminal mischief, five years in prison.

Trevor Ellis, 21, Limestone: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $200 fine.

Chris W. Langille, Jr., 35, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, six days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Cody Ayotte, 24, Westfield: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.

Anthony S. Slesienski, 41, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 80 days in jail.

Mitchell S. Thompson, 24, Caribou: aggravated criminal mischief, 14 months in prison, probation partially revoked.

Odell Maziede Carter, 25, New Haven, Conn.: burglary, three years in prison all but four months suspended, two years’ probation, 100-hour community service; criminal mischief, four months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four months in jail.

Lucas G. Sterris, 32, Presque Isle: protection order from harassment violation, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; misuse of identification, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, $275.99 restitution; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

Chase N. McIntosh, 21, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license–conditions/restrictions, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension.

David R. Dockham, 31, Houlton: aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine, three years in prison all but one year suspended, two years’ probation; OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension.

Gary N. Norris, 55, Westfield: assault, $300 fine.
