SAD 29 menu – Week of October 31, 2018

Breakfast for all Schools

Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 31 — Banana muffin, Gogurt, fresh fruit.

Thursday, Nov. 1 — Yogurt, chilled fruit.

Friday, Nov. 2 — French toast sticks, cottage cheese, fresh fruit cup.

Monday, Nov. 5 — Whole-wheat pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit cup.

Tuesday, Nov. 6 — Cinnamon rolls, chilled fruit.

Wednesday, Nov. 7 — Whole-wheat toast, scrambled eggs.

 

SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch

All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.

Wednesday, Oct. 31 — Pizzaburger, macaroni/tuna salad, baby carrots.

Thursday, Nov. 1 — American chop suey, cornbread, coleslaw, babby carrots.

Friday, Nov. 2 — Barbecue chicken breast, red-skinned fried potatoes, green beans/cheese sauce.

Monday, Nov. 5 — Hamburger on whole-wheat bun, cheese, lettuce and tomato, celery sticks.

Tuesday, Nov. 6 — Soft-shell taco, lettuce/tomato cup, salsa/sour cream, corn.

Wednesday, Nov. 7 — Grilled ham and cheese, pea pods, chicken stew, crackers.

 

SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch

Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Wednesday, Oct. 31 — Build a sandwich, corn chowder, cookies, fresh fruit cup.

Thursday, Nov. 1 — American chop suey, oatmeal rolls, carrots, chilled fruit.

Friday, Nov. 2 — Chicken quesadillas, baked potato.

Monday, Nov. 5 — Cheeseburger on whole-wheat bun, macaroni/tuna salad.

Tuesday, Nov. 6 — Soft-shell taco, top-a-taco salad bar, Spanish rice.

Wednesday, Nov. 7 — Build a sandwich, corn chowder, crackers.
