PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Presque Isle Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a man who allegedly left the scene of a motorcycle crash on Thursday afternoon.

At around 3:45 on August 1, Officer Tyler Cote responded to a motorcycle crash that had reportedly occurred on the Mapleton Road in Presque Isle, according to a post published on the Presque Isle Police Department’s Facebook page.

Nearby witnesses told Cote that they saw the driver of the motorcycle, who police have now identified as Graydon Warner, get into a black pickup following the crash, before Cote arrived.

The police department is asking anyone who has information about Warner’s condition or whereabouts to call them at (207) 764-4476 or Aroostook Crime Stoppers at 1-800-638-8477.
