HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents incidents through the month of September.

Thursday, Sept. 5 

12:49 a.m. — Officer Smith responded to North Street to investigate a complaint.

1:02 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Leonard Street to investigate a complaint.

2:42 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Broadway to arrest a 36-year-old Benedicta woman, Lindsay Duffy-Stanley, for violating conditions of release.

7:16 p.m. — Officer Dudley responded to Fairview Avenue for an animal complaint.

8:38 p.m. — Officer Dudley responded to Military Street to assist a citizen.

8:44 p.m. — Officer Clayton responded to Spring Street to investigate a domestic assault.

Wednesday, Sept. 4

12:47 a.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Park Street to investigate a complaint.

2:05 a.m. — Officer Smith responded to Mechanic Street to arrest a 23-year-old Oakfield man, Benjamin Ireland, for disorderly conduct and loud/unreasonable noise.

5:13 a.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to North Street to arrest a 31-year-old Bridgewater man, Corey McCarthy, for possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

7:20 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Brook Street to investigate a burglar alarm.

10:10 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to North Street to investigate criminal mischief.

12:23 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Drew Avenue to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud complaint.

1:13 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Abbie Lane to investigate a reported harassment.

1:54 p.m. — Officer Smith responded to Market Square to investigate a complaint.

2:51 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Green Street for an animal complaint.

9:15 p.m. — Officer Smith responded to Holland Street to summon a 26-year-old Houlton man, Gregory Dow, for operating a vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.

9:18 p.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to Main Street to investigate suspicious activity.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

10:14 a.m. — Officer Cyr responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle complaint.

11:38 a.m. — ACO Rairdon responded to Highland Avenue for an animal complaint.

1:32 p.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Court Street to assist another agency.

1:36 p.m. — Officer Dudley responded to Military Street to assist another agency.

2:20 p.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Military Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

4:12 p.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Military Street to investigate criminal mischief.

4:45 p.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Kelleran Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud complaint.

5:26 p.m. — Officer Smith responded to School Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud complaint.

5:34 p.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Kelleran Street to arrest a 26-year-old Houlton woman, Chelsea Moran on a warrant.

8:32 p.m. — Officer Smith responded to Kelleran Street to arrest a 41-year-old Houlton man, Jeffery White, on a warrant and for refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

9:34 p.m. — Officer Smith responded to Main Street to investigate a reported harassment.

Monday, Sept. 2

3:28 a.m. — Officer Clayton responded to North Street for an animal complaint.

9:18 a.m. — Officer White responded to Bangor Street to investigate criminal mischief.

10:14 a.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Ludlow Road to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud.

11 a.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Military Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud.

1:10 p.m. — Officer White responded to Elm Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

5:51 p.m. — Officer Smith responded to Cooks Brook Road to investigate a motor vehicle complaint.

Sunday, Sept. 1 

12:05 a.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to Customs Loop to assist another agency.

12:28 a.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to Chandler Street to investigate a complaint.

9:12 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Interstate 95 to arrest a 57-year-old Linneus man, Kevin Page, for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. He also arrested a 26-year old Smyrna man, Dale Barrows, for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs.

11:39 a.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to School Street to investigate a disturbance.

2:14 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Randall Avenue for an animal complaint.

4:06 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Randall Avenue to investigate a complaint.

4:34 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Ludlow Road to assist another agency.

5:16 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Market Street to investigate a complaint.

6:45 p.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to Lincoln Street to arrest a 36-year-old Houlton man, James Boyce, on a warrant.

7:22 p.m. — Officer Clayton responded to High Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud complaint.

8:39 p.m. — Officer Clayton responded to Drew Avenue to investigate a complaint.
