A Family for ME — All meetings for the Department of Health and Human Services and informational meetings for foster care are cancelled at this time. Online video is available, however, to watch at  home. Anyone interested may call 1-844-893-6311 or email Amy Bergeron at abergeron@spurwink.org.

Parish food assistance — The Ashland Food Pantry is open on the second Tuesdays (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and third Thursdays (2 p.m. to 4 p.m.) of the month with assembled boxes of food to speed up drive-thru distribution and minimize contact. The Grace Interfaith Food Table (GIFT) in Presque Isle, is open on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon with drive-thru distributions. 

 Holy Week/Easter live streams — The Diocese of Portland has announced live streamed Holy Week and Easter celebrations for the coming week. For Parish of the Precious Blood, serving Caribou, Presque Isle and surrounding towns, they are: Wednesday Mass, 8:30 a.m.; Holy Thursday, April 9, 7 p.m.; Good Friday, April 10, 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 11, Easter Vigil, 8 p.m.; and Easter Sunday, April 12, 9 a.m.  Visit the parish Facebook page: www.facebook.com/portlanddiocese.org/. How teens can cope — The UMaine Cooperative Extension will host a free online stress management workshop for teens from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 16. The workshop was designed by teens for those ages 13-18 and will discuss methods for coping with stress and anxiety. Registration is required. Register online by April 13.
