The following cases were among those administered by the Presque Isle District Court through January 31, 2007.
Leland R. Alger, Jr., 23, of Masardis, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
John Allen, 70, of Presque Isle, assault. Fined $300.
Jerry Banks, 29, of Fort Fairfield, refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Fined $300.
Anthony T. Beck, 27, of Caribou, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Calvin Bradley, 21, of Presque Isle, operating under the influence. Fined $500, license suspended 90 days. Also, violating condition of release, dismissed, pled other charge.
Branden K. Brewer, 23, of Presque Isle, operating after registration suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Benjamin R. Cain, 27, of Presque Isle, operating an ATV on public way. Fined $100.
Caldwell Inc., of Turner, rule violation, duty status not current. Fined $250.
Wayne A. Carter, 31, of Caribou, failure to provide and display registration. Filed with costs of $50.
Robert L. Caudill, 26, of Caribou, unlawful sexual contact, three counts of unlawful sexual touching, criminal attempt, and furnishing liquor to a minor. All charges dismissed, pled other charge. Also, one count of assault. Fined $300, sentenced to 20 days in jail.
Michael J. Cooper, 18, of Caribou, attaching false plates. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, operating while license was suspended or revoked Fined $250.
Dana E. Cowett, 57, of Westfield, attaching false plates. Fined $100.
Kyle W. Cunningham, 21, of Fort Fairfield, OUI. Fined $500, license suspended 90 days.
David P. Daigle, 29, of New Canada, assault. Dismissed. Also, violating condition of release. Fined $300, sentenced to three days in jail.
Freeman J. Deabay, 35, of Ashland, fraudulently obtaining license or permit. Fined $300.
Tyler W. Doody, 30, of Woodland, failure to operate snowmobile at prudent speed. Fined $100.
Aaron M. Finnemore, 32, of Bridgewater, operating while license was suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Mark Forino, 26, of Eagle Lake, criminal trespass. Fined $250.
Jason Frost, 23, of Castle Hill, operating after registration was suspended. Fined $200.
Neal F. Gagnon, 51, of Caribou, attaching false plates. Fined $100.
Thomas Gagnon, 18, of Mapleton, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
James L. Goodine II, 32, of Presque Isle, operating while license was suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Guy J. Clark Trucking Inc., of Ashland, rule violation unsafe/defective vehicle. Fined $500.
Norman E. Hall III, 33, of Westfield, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Joshua J. Hanning, 21, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $500 and sentenced to 50 hours of community service.
Adam V. Jackson, 28, of Westfield, operating while license was suspended or revoked. Fined $100.
Kyle Keene, 19, of Belfast, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
Brenda Lee Klezos, 20, of Caribou, probation violation. Sentenced to 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Lisa A. Lovely, 39, of Westfield, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Justin MacDonald, 28, of Blaine, criminal trespass. Sentenced to six months in jail. Also, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Nancy A. McBreairty, 38, of Caribou, operating under the influence. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, and license suspended 365 days. (Not Nancy Chapman McBreairty, wife of Alan McBreairty, who lives on Access Highway.)
Stephen M. McCluskey, 40, of Presque Isle, driving to endanger. Dismissed, plead other charge.
Thomas F. McDermott, 20, of Houlton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200, restitution $23.20.
Stanley A. Moore, 49, of Augusta, failure to possess previous seven days’ status. Fined $250.
Matthew Moutria, 21, of Presque Isle, operating after registration suspended. Fined $200. Also, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Payson Corporation, Caribou, defective low air warning device. Fined $100.
Trevor J. Pettengill, 20, of Leeds, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
Denis Saucier, 23, of South Portland, criminal mischief. Filed without costs.
Chad Seeley, 32, of Easton, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $600, community service 50 hours.
Ronald J. Shedd, Jr., 36, Madison, negotiating a worthless instrument. Fined $150.
