Haney wins Coca-Cola 100 at Spud

   CARIBOU, Maine – The Coca-Cola Classic 100 was held at Spud Speedway Sunday, with Milo Haney of Caribou and his #53 car capturing the title.    He was followed by Derrick Tirrell of Fort Fairfield and Jason Forbes of Castle Hill. Bob Anderson of Caribou was fourth, Frank Simon of Woodland fifth, Dana York of Fort Fairfield sixth, Jeff Willette of Presque Isle seventh, Mark York of Fort Fairfield eighth, Carl McAlpine of Burnham ninth and Mike Howlett of Presque Isle rounded out the top 10.
Also taking place Sunday were the Young Guns and Powder Puff competitions. Kyle Gagnon of Caribou won the Young Guns race, with Keith Thibeau II of Fort Fairfield the runner-up and Curtis Picard of St. Agatha driving to a third-place finish.
In the women’s race, Lisa Levasseur took the checkered flag, followed by Natasha Pinette of Woodland and Sheana Caron of Caribou.
