Perham to hold special meetings

    PERHAM — A Perham public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m. at the Perham Town Office.     The agenda is limited to the Tangle Ridge Road Project and the development of potential grant writing opportunities for the town of Perham.
