Presque Isle High School fall 2007 athletic awards

    Presque Isle High School recently announced its fall athletic rewards. The honorees follow.     Penobscot Valley Conference awards:
    Girl’s soccer: Amber Griffin, Kayla Legassie and Sarah Porter. Boy’s soccer: Parker Hovey, Evan Richards, Russ Mortland and Scott Wilson. Girl’s cross country: Erin Thomas and Alecia Palmer. Boy’s cross country: Alex Carter, Jason Johnson and Corey Park.
    Receiving six varsity letters in any combination of varsity sports: Angela Barnes, Parker Hovey, Kayla Legassie, Amanda Lynds, Hayley Ritchie, Matt Talbot, Joel Whitaker and Arielle Googins.
    Fourth year varsity letter in one sport: Angela Barnes (fall cheering), Lydia Brown (cross country), Caroline Freeman (cross country), Arielle Googins (cross country), Amanda Lynds (fall cheering), Amy Michaud (golf), Hayley Ritchie (fall cheering), Tyler St. Pierre (golf), Matt Talbot (golf) and Erin Thomas (cross country).
