Thank you community arts center supporters

To the editor:
    On November 6th a great step was taken by the voters of the towns of MSAD #29 to bring major changes to Houlton Jr./Sr. High School. By passing bond question no. 1 by an overwhelming majority, you have come together to bring $2.5 million for much needed renovations at the school and also provide $2.5 million towards an expanded arts facility.
    Our goal has always been a $5 million arts center project and the Houlton Community Arts Center Council board and fund-raising committee wish to thank the voters for the support and want everyone to know we are on our way with our efforts to bring another $2.5 million in privately raised funds to the project. Thank you for your vote!
