Maine Army National Guard announces recent promotions

    Major General John W. Libby, the Adjutant General, Maine National Guard has announced the promotion to the grade and rank specified below for the following Maine Army National Guard soldiers:    Tenny Noyes of Washburn to E-5 Sergeant in the 1136th Transportation Co.; Richard Fogg of Sherman to E-3 PFC with the 185th Engineer Company; Ronald Oakes of Frenchville to E-4 Specialist with the 185th Engineer Company; Bradlee Boyles of Woodland to E-4 Specialist with the 185th Engineer Company; Devon Espling of Perham to E-3 PFC with the 185th Engineer Company; Michael Mansfield of Presque Isle to E-1 Private with the 185th Engineer Company; and Joseph Plourde of Fort Kent to E-4 Specialist with the 126th Aviation Regiment.
