To the editor:
I call on all Americans; I urge that when you go to the polls during Primary and caucus season and on Nov. 2, 2008; that you remember these past eight years of Republican rule; remember the corruption and the carpet bag politics of this administration. The hiring of men and woman unqualified to do their jobs which they are appointed by the executive branch, an example would be the Katrina and Rita Disasters and the three ring circus of blame game.
We also need to remember Iraq and the blatant lies to the Senate and Congressional foreign relations committees, the lies to the UN Security Council and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. They said that the Iraqi Government had strategic and biological weapons, I give them that they had a short range strategic delivery system and mustard gas; second however why did that government not use them to blunt the Allied invasion.
Yes September 11, 2001 happened and yes we had the right as any other country to launch a full counter attack which we did in the Afghanistan Theater of Operations) as for the connection to the Al-Qaeda network never did and never happened. I ask you to think then what was the reason for the invasion and Operation Iraqi Freedom — to me it was greed and revenge. We have seen outright lies and manipulation of truth; this government has also forgotten the rules of war and that we signed the Geneva Accords. Look at their record and look at what has been done in the name of Security of the Homeland, also look at the DNC record.
