    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were among those administered at the Presque Isle District Court in October 2007:
    Marshall R. Dyer, 24, Mapleton: hunting migratory game birds not certified, $100 fine.
    Matthew R. Elliott, 27, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, $150 fine.
    Allan R. Emery, 28, Limestone: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Timothy J. Faulkner, 22, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $650 restitution.
    Martin Fletcher, 31, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, $150 fine.
    Scott R. Fortin, 36, Frenchville: rule violation – operating without medical certificate, $100 fine.
    Wayne R. Fox, 28, Caribou: criminal trespass, $100 fine.
    Danielle Fundalewicz, 30, Ashland: criminal trespass, dismissed; abuse of another person’s property, $200 fine.
    Trudy L. Gagnon, 31, Perth Andover, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
    David W. Gardiner, 44, Chapman: operating an ATV on a public way, $100 fine.
    Jennifer Giovacchini, 25, Westfield: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension
    Nickoles T. Gizzie, 23, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
    Gabriel Grondin, 46, Degelis, Quebec: rule violation – operation 11-hour rule, $350 fine.
    Jesse D. Guyette, 22, Caribou: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Daniel Harris, 26, Newcastle: operate vehicle without license-condition/restriction, $200 fine.
    Edward S. Heath, 46, Monticello: OUI, $500 and 90-day license suspension.
    Herbert L. Hardy and Sons Inc., Smyrna Mills: rule violation – missing or broken brake components, $100 fine.
    Christopher K. Hitchock, 20, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, $150 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Dale William Holmes, 40, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $400 fine; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Houlton Rental Center Inc., Houlton: rule violation – missing or broken brake components, $100 fine.
    John J. Ireland, 26, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Matthew J. Ireland, 22, Chapman: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure-only water, $100 fine; fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $100 fine.
    Adam V. Jackson, 28, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    Joseph M. Jandreau, 42, Fort Kent: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Jamey Kennedy, 19, Fort Fairfield: failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Laura B. King, 20, Presque Isle: operating after registration suspended, dismissed; attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Daniel L. Leavitt, 39, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Floyd R. Legassie, 58, Presque Isle: littering, $100 fine.
    Philip Lavasseur, 57, Fort Fairfield: rule violation – defective low air warning device, $100 fine.
    Robert J. Lindsey III, 25, Presque Isle: failure to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, $500 fine.
    Shawn B. Mahan, 40, Mars Hill: out-of-door burning violation, $100 fine.
    Marc Maldovan, 41, Wiscassett: failure to attach moose tag to moose, $100 fine.
    Mariah R. Martin, 20, Fort Fairfield: minor possessing liquor, $600 fine.
