Harmon’s legal issues continue with theft indictment

    The Aroostook County Grand Jury convened recently in Caribou and Houlton and returned 37 indictments against 36 individuals.
    A fall crime spree from the Star City to Massachusetts led David C. Harmon, 28, of Presque Isle, to appear before the grand jury, with jurors indicting Harmon for theft. Harmon was caught by Massachusetts law enforcement officials in October.     Harmon was driving a stolen vehicle when he attempted to elude police during a high-speed chase.
    Following his arrest, he was returned to Maine to face several charges, including burglary and theft. He was previously indicted on five counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, five counts of theft, criminal trespass and violating condition of release for his involvement in a string of burglaries and thefts in the Presque Isle area.

    Matthew R. Perreault, 26, Caribou, theft and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Daniel L. Leavitt, 39, Caribou, theft, forgery and trafficking in prison contraband.
    Lisa M. Cote, 42, Caribou, theft and misuse of identification.
    Robert E. St. Peter, Jr., 37, Presque Isle, assault.    
    Robert E. Schwartz, 26, Caribou, sexual abuse of a minor.
    Michael J. Michaud, 23, Perham, burglary, theft and violation of condition of release.
    Allen J. Gagnon, 45, Van Buren, operating after revocation.
    Erica N. McNinch, 25, Mars Hill, criminal operating under the influence, failure to report an accident and operating beyond license restriction.
    Darrin M. Nickerson, 35, Caribou, gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
    Raymond J. King, 32, Fort Fairfield, criminal OUI.
    Sarah McBreairty, 19, Caribou, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft and violation of condition of release.
    Maranda Mancos, 25, Caribou, stealing drugs and theft by deception.
    Sean Ouellette, 36, Caribou, stealing drugs and theft by deception.
    Steven C. Cray, 24, Connor TWP, operation after revocation.
    Robert B. Bowmaster, 28, Morrell Siding, N.B., two counts unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and violation of conditions of release.
    Bradley Sargent, 30, Mapleton, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Joey Tardif, 40, Blaine, operating after revocation.
    Donald W. Flanders, 48, Houlton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
