    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou during the month of January, 2008,
    Shawn B. Babin, 29, Fort Kent: operating under the influence (OUI), dismissed; driving to endanger, fined $2,000, 30-day license suspension and 100 hours community service.     Shawn G. Bernard, 25, Caribou: OUI-one prior, fined $700 and 90-day license suspension.
    Paul J. Berube Jr., 20, Fort Kent: assault, fined $300, 10 days in jail and $936 restitution; criminal trespass, dismissed; criminal trespass, fined $500; criminal mischief, fined $250.
     Ryan D. Bossie, 19, Caribou: two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, each with a fine of $400 and 45 days in jail.
    Myles M. Campbell, 23, Connor Twp: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, fined $500; misuse of identification, dismissed.
    Justin Cederman, 23, Caribou: probation violation, six days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Wayne J. Chasse, 29, Madawaska: OUI-two priors, fined $1,100, 30 days in jail, 4-year license suspended, and registration suspended; motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over the speed limit, 30 days in jail.
    Shawn M. Clancy, 26, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 24 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
    Melvin M. Corey, 48, Blaine: terrorizing and violating protective order, each filed with no cost.
    Billyjack Curtis, 34, Ashland: probation violation, 35 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Shane C. Gallop, 21, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, assault, criminal mischief, obstructing report of crime, all dismissed.

Gendreau, 48, Grand Isle: assault, dismissed; criminal threatening, seven months in jail; violating condition of release, two years, all but seven months suspended, probation two years; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, seven months in jail; violating condition of release, seven months in jail, violating condition of release, seven months in jail.
