Grand jury hands up indictments

    The Aroostook County grand jury, following its two-day March session in Caribou and Houlton, handed up 53 indictments against 53 different persons. Among those indicted were:

    Aaron C. Dyer, 23, Presque Isle, two counts operating after revocation, violation of condition of release.
    Walter P. Stewart, 46, Littleton, aggravated reckless conduct, criminal threatening, criminal operating under the influence.
    David S. Hafford, 29, Presque Isle, aggravated assault, violation of condition of release.
    Shayne M. Kinney, 27, Presque Isle, burglary, assault, robbery, criminal mischief.
    Shaun C. Kinney, 29, Caribou, burglary, assault, robbery, criminal mischief.
