Teague Park students jump rope; teachers get pie

Image    Teague Park fourth grade teacher Cindy McDuffie show a big heart as she takes a whipped cream pie in the face from student Destinee Berz. The pie in the face event was part of the Jump Rope for Heart program students took part in raising money for the American Heart Association while learning the benefits of eating healthy and exercising. Students raising the most money in pledges earned the right to adorn a staff member with the pies.

 

 

 

 

Image    Lakeisha St. John was the lucky winner of a new girl’s bike when her name was drawn Friday afternoon at Teague Park School. Students who raised at least $50 in pledges were eligible to have their name entered into the new bicycle drawing.

    Emma Belyea managed a direct hit on her mark, Teague Park French teacher, Stacy Michaud, as she took her turn at the whipped cream pie in your face event. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Image    Sweet satisfaction was the result of Charli Bergin aiming a whipped cream pie directly in the face of Teague Park custodian, Helston Jackson.
