Shop ‘N’ Save employees particpate in “Jeans Across Aroostook County”

    Caribou Shop’N’Save employees recently participated in the Caribou Children’s Discovery Museum’s sponsored, “Jeans Across Aroostook County” Program.
During the event employees from participating business and schools donated funds raised from paying for the privilege of wearing jeans to work April 18. Those taking part in the fund-raiser from the local grocer were, from left: Larry Thibodeau, Mike Lahey, Nancy Chandler, from the Caribou Children’s Discovery Museum, Linda Cyr, Brandon Ellis and Dean Gardiner. Other businesses and schools that took park in the programs included: MMG Insurance Co., Key Bank of Caribou, Caribou Nursing and Rehab, Northern Maine Development Commission; Van Buren District Secondary School, New Sweden Elementary School, Caribou Public Library, Connor School and Caribou Middle School.
