At 90 years old, Gerard Belanger of Caribou probably is the oldest craftsman at the craft show on July 19 during the annual parade at the Fort Fairfield Potato Blossom Festival.  Belanger makes the miniature barrels topped with potatoes as well as other industry-related novelties for sales at various shows around the county.
