    The following cases were heard at the Presque Isle District Court during the month of June, 2008:
    A.J. Murphy Co. Inc., Glenburn: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $250 fine.
    Andrew Albert Jr., 20, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, $150 fine.
   Leonard A. Arcott, 21, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct – loud noise, private place, $150 fine.
    Aaron D. Bell, 29, Lewiston: rule violation – operating without medical certificate, $100 fine.
    Daniel Bernier, 58, Limestone: operating under the influence (OUI) – no test, one prior, $700 fine, 25 days in jail and 18-month license suspension; operating vehicle without license – condition/restriction, five days in jail; violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; violating condition of release, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Cody J. Boucher, 20, Mapleton: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Michelle L. Bowring, 24, Castle Hill: assault, $300 fine and 100 hours community service.
    Brennan Farms LTD., Hartland: rule violation – inoperable stop lamps, $100 fine.
    Michael W. Buck, 46, Chapman: assault, filed with no cost.
    Thomas Churchill, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
    Nicholas Cloutier, 18, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Benjamin Condon, 19, Presque Isle: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
    Lisa M. Cote, 43, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 50 hours community service.
    Tony Curtis, 38, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked – prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
    Heidi M. Cyr, 37, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Robert W. Dobbins, 49, Presque Isle: operating without license, $150 fine.
    Todd A. Doody Jr., 19, Caribou: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Joshua S. Doughty, 23, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Thomas J. Gagnon Jr., 20, Mapleton: failure to stop, provide information, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $300 fine.
    Mark B. Graves, 31, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Crystal Gray, 45, Easton: misuse of identification, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Michael D. Hafford, 30, Presque Isle: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Destini L. Hodsdon, 20, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; obstructing government administration, 40 hours community service; escape, dismissed; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; minor possessing liquor, dismissed.
    John R. Hurd, 54, Friendship, N.Y.: rule violation – duty status not current, $250 fine.
    Linda Hurd, 58, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Carrie M. Jackson, 18, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    George R. James, 38, Presque Isle: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
    Kara M. Jewell, 19, Nashua, N.H.: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
    Bobbie Jo Johnston, 27, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.
    Jason P. Kelson, 33, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct – loud noise, private place, filed with $150 cost.
    Scott A. Larson, 36, Fort Fairfield: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Joseph Lavoie, 51, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Alan J. Lessard, 49, Winslow: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
