    The following cases were heard at the Presque Isle District Court during the month of June, 2008:
    Jon H. Lugdon, 41, Bangor: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.     McCain Fertilizer, Florenceville, N.B.: violation of hazardous material regulation, $250 fine.
    Lyman Ray Messer, 19, Fort Fairfield: theft of services, $200 fine and $20 restitution.
    Jamey J. Michaud, 34, New Gloucester: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
    Justin T. Michaud, 21, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; disorderly conduct – offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
    Melinda J. Michaud, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Adam R. Nichols, 23, Houlton: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Dayna Owens, 19, Littleton: failure to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine.
    Kurt G. Parks, 44, Fort Fairfield: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $600 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Kiley E. Pelletier, 22, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Barbie M. Perley, 43, Tobique First Nation: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
    Jeffery J. Rizzardini, 19, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $300 fine; OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
    Randy E. Robbins, 48, Mapleton: engaging in recycling without license, $100 fine.
    Toni L. Rossignol, 21, Washburn: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Patrick Rowe, 22, Houlton: possession of fireworks, $100 fine; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Alexandra Saunders, 19, Brooksville: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
