Jeri R. Nightingale, 25, Fort Fairfield: false public alarm or report, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $600 fine, two years in prison with all but 10 days suspended, two years probation and 100 hours community service.
Jade A. Norbeck, 29, Caribou: assault, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Sean J. Ouellette, 36, Caribou: theft by deception, six months in jail.
John K. Perkins Jr., 21, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, dismissed; forgery, dismissed.
Matthew R. Perreault, 26, Caribou: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years probation and $50 restitution; assault, $300 fine and nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, nine months in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; OUI-two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail; four-year license suspension and four-year registration suspension; violating condition of release, dismissed.
Daniel R. Posocco, 34, Redkey: burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
Jerome O. Rodgerson, 20, Merrill: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.

Schmidt, 41, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,500 fine, three years in prison with all suspended and two years probation; violating condition of release, dismissed; attaching false plates (two counts), $200 fine (each); operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts), $200 fine (first) and $250 fine (second); operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $500 fine (first), $250 fine (second).
