    Maxwell K. Antwi, 35, East Hartford, Conn.: rule violation-failure to possess previous seven days’ log, $250 fine.     Leonce J. Berube, 58, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
    Scottie S. Bragdon, 20, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
    Timothy C. Buhro, 43, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
    Mark E. Camarato, 42, Presque Isle: fugitive from justice, extradiction ordered; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, extradiction ordered; violating condition of release, extradiction ordered; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; and possession of marijuana, dismissed.
    Bruce W. Cameron, 40, Castle Hill: harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days, $500 fine and $285.29 restitution.
    Dawn M. Charette, 30, Mars Hill: operating under the influence (OUI)-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18-month license suspension.
    David L. Condon, 44, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, dismissed.
    Mark L. Copeland, 25, Easton: failure to report ATV accident, personal injury or death, $400 fine.
    Bobby J. Cote, 31, Easton: violating condition of release, $200 fine and five days in jail.
    Christopher Crider, 22, Presque Isle: protective order from harassment violation, $250 fine.
    Mitchell Currie, 20, Hodgdon: ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine.
    Sean M. Daigle, 21, Presque Isle: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18-month license suspension.
    Ricky A. Drake, 50, Caribou: operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.
    Mark Elkhill, 52, Woodstown, N.J.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $100 fine.
    Thomas J. Gagnon Jr., 20, Mapleton: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Chad W. Giberson Sr., 35, Blaine: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine; and criminal mischief, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail and $200 restitution.
    Kathleen I. Ginn-Kohler, 59, Presque Isle: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), dismissed (both); and forgery, dismissed.
    Sidney Goding, 60, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Brent Grass, 47, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Cassandra L. Green, 18, Truro, Nova Scotia: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

    Tiffany Hooey, 37, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Donald Johnson Jr., 43, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, 10 days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening, $300 fine and 10 days in jail; and OUI-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license suspension.
    John E. Johnston, 30, Fort Fairfield: ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine.
    Robert Lamore, 66, Presque Isle: forgery, $250 fine and $936 restitution.
    Danielle L. Langille, 37, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Rebecca L. Lozoway, 38, Caribou: disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine.
    Sheldon R. Lyons, 67, Masardis: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Christopher A. Madore, 19, Fort Fairfield: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear (two counts), $100 fine (each).
    Gary J. Madore, 26, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, filed on $200 court costs.
    Maine Wood Recycling Inc., Ashland: rule violation–other (two counts), $1,000 fine (each).
    Joseph M. Marcous, 22, Wales: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $55.76 restitution; and criminal mischief, $200 fine and $25 restitution.
    Gina L. Marmanik, 21, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Peggy D. Marti, 57, Presque Isle: criminal threatening, filed on $100 court costs.
    Cory J. McGowan, 19, Skowhegan: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Denis J. Paradis, 43, Fort Kent: fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $220 fine; and unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
    Philip M. Pierce, 29, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Jason J. Poulin, 24, Ashland: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
