SAWDUST SCRAMBLE WINNER — Cole Winslow of Hodgdon was the top-prize winner Saturday for the Sawdust prize search sponsored by North Country Cruisers during Moosestompers Weekend. Young Winslow, seen here next to one of the sponsor’s members, Bill Shaughnessy, pulled the envelope containing a $20 Walmart gift card from the mound of sawdust. But there were plenty of winners since VP Tim McAtee said the North County Cruisers let children go back in for a second envelope that contained slips of paper for lots of prizes from toys and coloring books to certificates for french fries at McDonald’s and Burger King.
BUSY WEEKEND — Don’t say there’s never anything to do. From New Limerick to Littleton activities for all ages took place last weekend during the Moosestompers. A variety of activities were held in Community Park , with the highlight being a popular Lazer Tag at Alumni Gym and the Rick Charette Concert. Chairman Jim Brown, right, was very happy with this year’s turn out.
