Beaulieu earns Eagle Scout

  Image  Tyler Beaulieu, of Caribou Troop 184, was recently presented the highest Boy Scout award of Eagle Scout. Beaulieu is the 48th Eagle Scout from Troop 184 which was formed in 1963.

His Eagle Project involved the organization and setting up of a book store for the Catholic Charities of Maine at their new  retail location in Caribou. This project involved over 100 man hours from start to finish. Beaulieu, the son of Peggy Beaulieu of Caribou, is a student at the Maine School of Science and Math in Limestone and one day hopes to work for NASA.

Collins honored the new Eagle Scout via a letter of congratulations and also with a U.S. flag that had flown over the U.S. Capitol building. Rep. Edgecomb presented Beaulieu with a Maine Legislative Sentiment while the Caribou Kiwanis representatives also presented a certificate of Eagle Achievement.
