Lindsey Jewell and Patrick Hughes are pleased to announce their engagement.
Lindsey is the daughter of Edward (Buzzy) and Lynda Jewell of Monticello. She is a 2001 graduate of Houlton High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine. She is employed by the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship in Washington, D.C. as a professional staff member.
Patrick is the son of Thomas and the late Sally Hughes of Cincinnati. He is a 2001 graduate of Anderson High School and a 2005 graduate of Bowdoin College. He is currently serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps.
A May 2009 wedding is being planned and will take place in Portland.
