Lydia Plourde of Frenchville, and Ben Goupille of Perham, along with their parents, Jeff and Diane Plourde, and Dave and Lisa Goupille, are pleased to announce their engagement. 
Lydia is a 2005 graduate of Wisdom High School and is currently attending the University of Maine at Fort Kent where she is enrolled in the elementary education program. Lydia is employed at Rosette’s Restaurant in Frenchville.
Ben is a 2007 graduate of Washburn High School and will graduate in May from the Northern Maine Community College with a degree in residential construction. Ben is employed by Kmart of Presque Isle.
The couple is planning a June 13 wedding at the Madawaska Gospel Church in Madawaska.
