WASHBURN – Lester Shaw, 57, died Sunday morning, March 22, 2009, at The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Athol, Mass. on January 10, 1952, the son of Millard and Gloria (Fahey) Shaw.
He is survived by his father of Athol, Mass.; two sons, Lester Jr. of Washburn and Everett Shaw of Fort Fairfield; a daughter, Tabitha Shaw of Washburn; a brother, David Shaw; two sisters, Geraldine Jolly and Theresa Ivins, all of Athol, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews.
