The fifth and sixth grade boys travel team from the Caribou Recreation Center made their way to Millinocket, ready to play basketball. They came back to Caribou satisfied.

The first two games were played at Schenk High School where the boys played the Houlton Shires, winning by four points. The second game against East Millinocket was played immediately following. East Millinocket held tight through the first half and then Caribou came out of the locker room firing. They had good ball movement and their defense forced turnovers. At the final buzzer, Caribou had pulled away with a 20-point victory!
The second day Caribou played at the Stearns Minutemen High School. There, Caribou first played the Minutemen of Millinocket. Through the first half, offense took over. It was a high-scoring game by the half. During the second half the scoring cooled down. Caribou came away with a 15-point win. The final game was against Lincoln. The score was not as high, but many players were allowed valuable playing time.
In the final score, Caribou won by a large margin.
