Crowned on Saturday, Junior Miss Caswell 2009 is thirteen-year-old Bailey St. Pierre and Little Miss Caswell 2009 is ten year old Delaney Rossignol. Bailey danced her way into the judges hearts with her routine to the song “Every Time We Touch,” and Delaney’s baton routin to “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” helped her say ‘Aloha’ to her new crown.
