Southern Aroostook Ag Museum opens season June 6

    The Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum will open for its summer season this Saturday, June 6 with tours starting at 1 p.m. The opening will coincide with the Greater Houlton Christian Academy’s spaghetti supper beginning at 4:30 until 6:30 p.m.
    The museum’s eight rooms of the main building are filled with Aroostook County family farm memorabilia. There is a barn filled with a variety of trucks, tractors and farm machinery, and The Ross School will also be open to visitors.
    Admission to the museum is by donation and the summer hours will be Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1 until 4 p.m. Other times can be arranged by appointment.
