    WESTFIELD, MASS. – Doris H. (Kidney) Nason, 103, formerly of Washington Street, Springfield, MA, died Thursday, July 2, 2009, at a local nursing home. Doris was born May 1, 1906 in Fort Fairfield, ME.
    She lived in Connecticut and the Springfield area before moving to Westfield in 1968. She was a retired inspector for the Wallace Manufacturing Company in Enfield. Her husband, Rev. Charles H. Nason, a founding minister of the First United Pentecostal Church, died in 1976.
    She leaves a son, Paul, of Portage Lake, ME; two daughters, Margaret McCasusland of Feeding Hills, MA and Wileta Bell of Mars Hill, ME; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Malcolm; daughter, Joyce Hathaway; a grandson, Alton; and a great-granddaughter, Misty.
    The funeral was held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home, Tuesday, July 7.
