CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May, 2009.
Ryan D. Bossie, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.
Shannon M. Bragg, 30, Caribou: probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine and two years in prison (first) and $400 fine, eight years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and seven days in jail; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Shawn W. Bragg, 24, Washburn: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation revoked; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all suspended, three years’ probation and $80 restitution.
Jeanny L. Cormier, 29, Easton: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Gerald Cote, 61, Saint David: use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals, filed on $200 costs.
Francis L. Damboise, 44, Caribou: operating under the influence, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $1,000 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Scott W. Desjardins, 38, Wallagrass: non-disclosure of motor vehicle odometer change, dismissed; and failure to attach odometer change notice to vehicle, $500 fine.
Eli W. Doucette, 20, Fort Kent: criminal trespass, $1,000 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.
Joshua D. Dunn, 21, Presque Isle: burglary, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $592.95 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief and burglary of a motor vehicle, four months in jail (each).
Allen S. Fleming, 27, Presque Isle: burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 85 days in jail (each); and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and 85 days in jail.
Steven L. Graves, 48, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,000 fine, four years in prison, all but nine months and one day suspended, and three years’ probation; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
