    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May, 2009.
    Daniel Christopher Higgins, 65, Portage: criminal trespass, dismissed. 

    Roger LaFrance, 64, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), dismissed (first) and 364 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
    Gabriel J. Lilly, 22, Madawaska: terrorizing, five days in jail and $2,000 restitution.
    Nathan C. Manning-Harris, 24, Easton: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation revoked; OUI-1prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended and 3-year registration suspension; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Aaron A. McBrearity, OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 3-year license suspension; and operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Blair McDonald, 20, Presque Isle: assault, not guilty.
    Christopher F. Mills, 35, Easton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
    Shane G. Mullen, 40, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, filed on $150 costs.
    Ralph J. Nichols, 20, Caribou: criminal mischief, 10 days in jail; and operating vehicle without license, 48 hours in jail.
    Daniel G. Ouellet, 30, Kennebunk: furnishing liquor to a minor, $1,000 fine.
    Corey Ouellette, 21, Woodland: burglary, dismissed.
    Russell G. Ouellette, 67, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs.
    Toni L. Rossignol, 22, Washburn: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $500 costs.
    Chad A. Shaw, 28, Fort Fairfield: obstructing report of crime, filed on $200 costs.
    Robert A. Suire, 27, Caribou: burglary (13 counts), five years in prison and $383 restitution (first), six years in prison and $32,555.88 restitution (second), and five years in prison (each of third through 13th); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (13 counts), six months in jail (each of first, second, fifth, eighth, ninth and 11th), five years in prison (each of second, third, sixth, seventh, 10th, 12th and 13th); criminal mischief (three counts), 364 days in jail (each); and burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), 364 days in jail (first) and five years in prison (second).
    Jared D. Thompson, 20, Caribou: burglary (12 counts), nine months in jail (each of first and third through 13th), and six years in prison, three year probation, $32,555.88 restitution and 300 hours’ community service (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (11 counts), nine months in jail (each of first, second, fourth, fifth, eighth, ninth and 11th) and six months in jail (each of third, sixth, seventh and 10th); criminal mischief (three counts), six months in jail (each); and burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), six months in jail (first) and nine months in jail (second).
    Daniel P. Warren, 23, Presque Isle: OUI-no test, dismissed.
    Adam T. Worsley, 24, Perham: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, seven days in jail and $20 restitution.
    Jerry D. York, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
