Amity – Peter H. London, 57, died Aug. 15, 2009, at a local hospital. He was born Feb. 8, 1952, at Houlton the son of Lee and Frances (St. Peter) London.
Peter was a member of Saint Mary of the Visitation Church. He worked as a local carpenter until going to work in the woods where he started out working with a team of horses. When Peter wasn’t working, he could be found hunting or fishing. He had a special love of the woods and enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Clary, her husband, Brandon and daughter, Abigail. One sister, Linda Hebert and her husband Jim; two nephews, Christian his wife Vickie and their children Tristan, Tanner and Gabrielle, Chad and his wife Jennifer and their children Madelyn and Taylor; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents. Peter will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many close family and friends.
Peter’s family would like to express a special thank you to all the Doctors and nurses at Houlton Regional Hospital for their kindness and care.
Friends called at Dunn Funeral Home 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Funeral services were held at the funeral home 11 a.m. Tues. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
