Maine Department of Environmental Protection recognizes Susan Cloney

    SUSAN CLONEY of Fort Fairfield was recently recognized by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (MDEP) for her long and successful career in the environmental field as laboratory manager and wastewater treatment operator at the McCain Foods facility in Easton. Cloney was presented with an award for outstanding service from MDEP by Nick Archer, northern Maine region director; Bill Sheehan, environmental specialist of the MDEP; and David McKenney, plant manager of McCain Foods. The award was signed by MDEP Commissioner David Littell and presented to Cloney in “grateful appreciation for over 25 years of outstanding service and dedication in preserving Maine’s environment.” Cloney is moving to South Carolina to be closer to her children and grandchildren.
