What a coincidence that summer actually began the same day school did. At Caribou High School, the record breaking temperatures made for uncomfortable classrooms and some very unhappy students. Opening windows and strategically placing fans seldom created any sort of relief, but just as students began to allow their misery to get the better of them, the senior class stepped in. Through the assistance of Sleepers Shopping Center the Class of 2010 treated the entire student body and staff with a “cool” treat, when more than 600 popsicles were purchased and handed out.
