Ken and Sheila Nellis of Latham, New York are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah to Joshua Small, the son of Ralph and Mary Small of Stockholm. Sarah attended Shaker High School in Latham, New York and is currently employed and Savings Bank of Maine in Caribou. Joshua attended Monmouth Academy and Central Maine Technical College. He is currently employed by Maine Public Service Company.
An October wedding is planned.
