Leader Evaporator Co. from Swanton, Vermont will be hosting a hands-on workshop today at Spring Break Maple & Honey in Smyrna.
The workshop will provide participants with information on installing a pipeline system to collect maple sap, the latest technology and equipment.
The workshop starts at 9 a.m. and runs all day with a lunch break at noon.
