Castle Hill – Danna Mae Johnson, 61, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour September 24, 2009, at Presque Isle. She was born in Caribou August 6, 1948, the daughter of the late Daniel and Juanita (Kierstead) Kelly. Danna was a 1966 graduate of Caribou High School and she married Melvin Johnson August 12, 1966. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving in addition to her husband of over 43 years, Melvin of Castle Hill are her son and daughter-in-law, James and Jeannie Johnson of Crouseville, her daughter, Tina Marie St. John of Mars Hill, her sister and brother-in-law, Wilza and John Robertson of Portage Lake, two grandchildren Shauna Mae and Katelyn Carr, two sisters-in-law Diane Coffin of Texas and Helen Rideout of Auburn, several nieces, nephews and cousins including a special cousin Anneke Kierstead of Warwick, R.I.
