Next event to be held Saturday in Ashland
MUDDY – A participant in the Aroostook County Mud Runners mud pull event gets his truck a “little muddy” as he goes through the pit during last Saturday’s Motorsports weekend held at Community Park. The mud runners next event will be Saturday when they head to Ashland for a 12 p.m. start.
The Aroostook County Mud Runners results from the Sept. 26 Houlton Motor Madness weekend are:
Class 1: first, Elliot Smith; second, Nathan Casey and third, Buddy Verbergt.
Class 2: first, Tom McEwen; second, Verbergt and third, Smith.
Class 2M: first, Verbergt; second, Smith and third, Kerry Holland.
Class 3: first, Aaron Cyr; second, Levi Cyr and third, Paul Bolstridge.
Class 4: first, Tim Acott, second, Jeff Acott and third, A. Cyr.
Class 5: first, Billy McCausland; second, Manny S. and third, Brian Morrison.
Class 6: first, Norm Hanscomb; second, Manny S. and third, Ron Argraves.
Class 7: first, Terry Hanscomb; second, Morrison and third, Laurel Violette.
The next mud run event is Saturday, Oct. 3 in Ashland at the Motorsports Park at 12 p.m.
