Melissa O’Bar, daughter of Kevin and Pam O’Bar of Caribou, and Jonathan Clayton, son of Dwight and Veverly Clayton of Mapleton, announce their engagement. O’Bar is a 2007 graduate of Caribou High School. She is currently attending UMPI for Behavioral Sciences. She is employed at Maine Veterans Home as a CRMA and Care and Comfort as a CSW.
Clayton is a 2000 graduate of Presque Isle High School and graduated from NMCC in 2004 with degrees in Autobody and Automotives. He is employed at Maine Military Authority.
A July 17, 2010 wedding is planned at the Holy Rosary Church in Caribou.
