Eighteen singers lit the stage and wowed a sold-out audience Friday night at Cyr Auditorium, University of Maine at Fort Kent; three of those singers will be advancing to the “Northern Star” finale this weekend. The “Judges’ Pick,” left, was Megan Ouellette, 17, from St. Clair, N.B., who sang “Oh Darling” by the Beatles. Audience favorites were: Isabelle Pelletier, 12, from St. Jacque, NB, who sang “Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien” by Edith Piaf; and Stacey Coltart, 39, from Madawaska, ME, who sang “Black Horse and a Cherry Tree” by K.T. Tunstall.
